From my perspective we have one of the higher incarceration rates in the nation, like good salesmen who see potential customers everywhere, our police see potential criminals everywhere. Only a strong , independant court systems stands between most Mississipians freedom or a police state lacking due process, creating abuses of authority. I don't know the solution to this problem, but I pray God will continue to provide our leaders with the ability to govern wisely.
